In this optional stage, the objective is to provide you with technical drawings coordinated with your appointed  consultants (i.e. Mechanical & Electrical, Structural engineer, etc.) if any. 

Those can include General Arrangement plans, wall partitions, service areas, finalised and detailed finishes/window/door schedules, fixture drawings, elevations, specific features, decorative elements, materials, etc.

By the end of the Technical Design Stage process, the design drawings will be dimensionally correct and co-ordinated as per latest site survey, describing all the main components of the scheme and how they fit together.

These drawings are not for construction and the nominated suppliers and contractors should provide working and setting out drawings for approval prior to fabrication / construction
