In this introduction stage, we offer a free consultancy stage to understand your project and help to identify if we are the right fit or recommend some of our peers in case we are not.

During the consultancy phase, we will define together which stages are the most relevant to undertake for your project . As not all stages might be required to successfully complete the project, we will tailor the  process based on your specific criteria.

By the end of this exercise, the objective is to provide you with a clear and detailed proposal thanks to a better understanding of  the brief, scope of the project, your strategic expectations and logistic environment (timeline, stages to be worked, team involved, etc.)
